Jeff has 20 years as an entrepreneur under his belt. He has 7 years of experience in construction and insulation. At Green Energy Solutions, Inc., Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous positions in sales, production, and administration. In addition, he continues to further educate himself in modern construction techniques in order to better meet the needs of our customers in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area. Jeff is a Home Performance Auditor, PTCS, BPI, and Lead-Based Paint Certified.

Jay has been a self-employed business owner for 22 years. He has a degree in Business Management. Jay entered into the insulation and construction field in 2005 as a salesman. Jay has a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys problem solving mechanical applications and maintenance issues both here and for our customers. Jay is also a Home Performance Auditor, PTCS, and BPI Certified.

Jennifer started in the insulation industry in 1998 as an outside sales representative. She brought with her an MAT and a BSE. As she advanced in the company she added accounting, production and administration to her resume. Jennifer has overseen operations of the company since its founding and continues to maintain a responsive and productive environment.

Jose has 15 years in the insulation industry. Three years as an installer and 12 years in his current position in sales and production. Jose has an immense amount of knowledge to help builders and homeowners realize their insulation needs. He has exceptional knowledge of the Oregon Energy code requirements and works closely with the Energy Trust of Oregon and Energy Star with Home Performance. Jose is BPI Certified.
